['Serves as the supervisory branch chief for a team of developers, which includes planning, designing, and process and policy management.', 'Responsible for establishing and implementing the strategy for designing, deploying, maintaining and improving architecture, capabilities, and process management for a development team.', 'Ensures systems are designed and maintained with appropriate features, capabilities, software, patches, fixes for security issues, and all Information Assurance Vulnerability Alert (IAVA) compliance requirements.', 'Ensures modern and secure software development policies, principles, and practices are an integral element of the operating environment, to include CI/CD pipelines, containerization, infrastructure as code, and other.', 'Manages multiple application development projects and sprints using contemporary software development frameworks, and collaborate with stakeholders and leadership on application requirements.'] There is no substitution of education for the qualifying experience at the GG-14 grade level.
