Duties include but are not limited to:
Shift supervision of restaurant and team to ensure smooth operation
Attention to detail on health and safety, food safety, and operations standards
Some baking and kitchen prep where necessary
Limited administrative duties
Ability to think and adapt to change at any given point throughout the shift
