Assistant Store Supervisor – Key Responsibilities:

Support the Store Supervisor in day-to-day operations
Help train and lead team members
Ensure excellent customer service and smooth workflows
Assist with stock control, rosters, and store presentation
Requirements:

Previous experience in a supervisor or team leader role
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Mandarin-speaking preferred
A passion for the food & beverage industry
Team Members – What You’ll Do:

Prepare and serve our signature drinks with attention and care
Take customer orders with a friendly and helpful attitude
Maintain a clean and welcoming store environment
Work as part of a supportive, fast-paced team
We’re Looking For:

Friendly, responsible, and reliable individuals
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Mandarin or Vietnamese-speaking preferred
Experience in customer service, food handling, or barista work is a plus—but we provide training!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.10 – $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 – 38 per week
