We are seeking an experienced Supervisor Plumber-PHE to lead our plumbing team in executing installations and maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in plumbing with a focus on safety and compliance.
Responsibilities
• Supervise and manage plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes during plumbing work.
• Coordinate with project managers and other trades to complete plumbing projects on time.
• Conduct regular inspections of plumbing systems to identify issues and ensure optimal performance.
• Train and mentor junior plumbers and apprentices in plumbing techniques and safety practices.
Skills and Qualifications
• Diploma in Plumbing or ITI certification in Plumbing and Heating Engineering (PHE).
• 5-6 years of experience in plumbing installation, maintenance, and repair.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, fixtures, and materials.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective team collaboration.
