Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality care to patients, including chronic disease management, triage, vaccinations, wound care, and pathology collection;

Coordinate the treatment room, cold chain management, and sterilization;

Maintain accurate patient records and communicate effectively with doctors and other healthcare professionals;

Provide education and support to patients on health assessments, recall, and coordination of treatment;

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes;

">
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

AHPRA registration;

Strong communication and time management skills;

A caring and collaborative approach to patient care;

Ability to use Best Practice Medical Software;
