Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Educational Content Strategist to lead the development and execution of our new educational courses. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, coupled with expertise in educational content development. This role requires someone who can seamlessly integrate theory with hands-on experience, ensuring that students gain practical skills that are directly applicable in the marketing industry. Additionally, the Educational Content Strategist will play a key role in identifying new revenue streams and contributing to the overall growth of the program.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and oversee the curriculum for marketing courses, ensuring a balance between theoretical knowledge and practical experience.
• Collaborate with internal teams to integrate real-world projects and case studies into the course material.
• Design and deliver high-quality workshops, training sessions, both online and in-person.
• Mentor and support students, providing guidance on projects and career development.
• Identify and implement strategies to grow program revenue and explore new revenue streams.
• Stay updated on the latest marketing trends and incorporate them into the curriculum.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of the courses and make necessary improvements.
• Build and maintain relationships with industry professionals and potential partners to enhance the program’s offerings.
Qualifications:
• Master’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
• Proven experience in marketing, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
• Previous experience in educational content development or teaching.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong business acumen with a track record of identifying and capitalizing on new revenue opportunities.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
