Job Summary:
Stage Barbershop is seeking a talented and passionate female Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is skilled in modern and classic hairstyling techniques, dedicated to providing excellent customer service, and committed to creating a welcoming and professional environment for all clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide a wide range of hair services including cutting, styling, blow-drying, coloring, and treatments
Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable styles
Stay updated on current hair trends, techniques, and products
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and tools
Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business
Promote salon products and services when appropriate
Follow all health and safety regulations
Qualifications:

Certified/licensed Hair Stylist (as required by local regulations)
Proven experience in hairstyling, cutting, and coloring
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings
Preferred Skills:

Experience with diverse hair types and textures
Knowledge of modern styling trends and barbering techniques
Sales experience in salon products
