About the Role
At Fari Hara, the Style Consultant is more than a salesperson; you are a wardrobe partner, stylist, and trusted advisor. You guide clients through a refined and highly personal custom-clothing journey, helping modern professionals show up for life with confidence, ease, and intention. From the first consultation through the final fitting, you deliver an experience rooted in craftsmanship, thoughtful guidance, and genuine relationship building. This role blends traditional sartorial expertise with a modern approach to personal styling and client care; ideal for someone who thrives in relationship-driven luxury environments.
As a Style Consultant, you set up appointments and fittings to sell custom men's garments directly to clients. You have our support, but you call all of the shots - your commitment, your clients, and your earnings.
What You'll Do
Deliver a relationship-driven luxury client experience
Guide fabric selection, styling, and garment design
Conduct measurements and fittings
Manage private clients, wedding parties, and corporate groups
Represent the brand during studio and off-site experiences
Work toward individual performance and sales goals
Who You Are
Comfortable working within a relationship-driven sales environment.
Background in premium retail, made-to-measure, tailoring, or luxury client services is a strong asset.
Strong eye for detail with an appreciation for fabrics, fit, and craftsmanship — or a genuine desire to learn.
Naturally relationship-focused, confident in guiding clients while maintaining a calm, refined presence.
Entrepreneurial mindset with pride in performance and long-term client development.
