Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Production & Shoot Management
Oversee the full lifecycle of shoots — from concept lock to final delivery.
Create and maintain monthly shoot calendars, resource plans, and brand deliverable trackers.
Supervise on-set operations: direction, lighting, cinematography, and production efficiency.
Ensure adherence to Pre-Shoot Bibles and minimize overruns using data from spillover logs.
2. Studio & Team Operations
Lead and manage the studio team of editors, DOPs, directors, and production coordinators.
Implement workflow systems for pre-prod, shoot, and post (Google Sheets/Drive, trackers, etc.).
Maintain studio asset logs, equipment inventory, and vendor relationships.
Drive accountability through daily standups and weekly progress audits.
3. Content Quality & Delivery
Ensure creative alignment with campaign objectives and client expectations.
Conduct final creative reviews and quality checks before delivery.
Collaborate with creative heads and brand teams to maintain consistency across formats.
Optimize delivery pipelines for quickfire edits, long-format films, and influencer content.
4. Budgeting & Vendor Management
Manage shoot budgets, logistics, and production costs for both in-house and client projects.
Build and maintain a roster of freelance DOPs, editors, and production houses for overflow projects.
Negotiate rates, timelines, and contracts ensuring quality within budget.
5. Leadership & Culture
Mentor the studio team in creative storytelling, time management, and cross-department collaboration.
Foster a “production-first, chaos-free” culture built on clarity, planning, and trust.
Champion continuous learning — training on new tools, lighting techniques, and editing workflows.
Key Skills & Experience
5-8 years of experience in film, digital, or branded content production.
Proven track record of leading a creative studio or production house.
Strong knowledge of pre-production planning, shoot management, and post workflows.
Ability to manage multiple teams and stakeholders under tight timelines.
Deep understanding of real estate, digital ads, or influencer-driven content (preferred).
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
