Role Description
The Student Success Executive (Housing) is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. The role involves assisting students in finding and securing verified accommodation near their respective universities, ensuring an exceptional service experience. Daily tasks include liaising with property providers, managing student inquiries, providing personalized support during the accommodation booking process, and maintaining strong relationships with students and stakeholders. The Student Success Executive will also collaborate with internal teams to address student needs and contribute to building Admistay’s growing network of satisfied students.
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with students and stakeholders.
Customer service and problem-solving abilities to ensure seamless support for students during their housing journey.
Organizational and time-management skills to efficiently manage inquiries and bookings.
Proficiency in database management and software tools relevant to managing student housing services.
Experience in student assistance, international education, or a similar domain is preferred.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and adapt to dynamic scenarios.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Education, Business, or Hospitality is a plus.
