Role Description
• Manage Corporate Banking & Treasury Operations
• Handle Working Capital Facilities (CC, OD, WCDL, WCTL), Term Loans (CTL)
• Manage Bank Guarantees (BG) & Letters of Credit (LC)
• Lead Fundraising, Debt Syndication & Bank Financing
• Handle Project Finance & Capex Finance
• Coordinate Sanction Letter Finalization & Credit Documentation
• Manage Cash Flow, Liquidity Planning & Fund Management
• Negotiate with banks for limits, interest rates & funding terms
• Monitor Credit Rating, Covenants & RBI Compliance
• Prepare MIS, Fund Flow Statements & Bank Exposure Reports

As a Student Success Advisor, you will play a transformational role in a student's journey.
You are not just selling courses—you are guiding careers, shaping futures, and building confidence.
You will counsel students and working professionals, understand their goals, recommend the right skill pathways, and support them through enrollment and onboarding.
Key ResponsibilitiesStudent Counseling & Career Guidance
• Counsel prospective students and professionals on Aureon's skill programs
• Understand each learner's background, aspirations, strengths, and challenges
• Recommend the most suitable learning pathway aligned with career outcomes
• Explain how Aureon programs lead to placements, promotions, and career shifts
Admissions & Enrollment
• Convert inquiries into enrollments through ethical, consultative counseling
• Explain program structure, certifications (Skill India, credit transfer, diplomas), duration, fees, and outcomes
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions in CRM
• Coordinate with academic and operations teams for smooth onboarding
Student Experience & Retention
• Act as a single point of contact for students during the pre-enrollment stage
• Build trust with students and parents through transparent communication
• Ensure students clearly understand expectations, learning outcomes, and career pathways
• Support retention by setting the right expectations from Day One
Outreach & Engagement
• Participate in seminars, workshops, career guidance sessions, and campus outreach
• Support digital and offline marketing initiatives
• Represent Aureon's values, vision, and transformation promise consistently
Skills & Competencies RequiredMust-Have Skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to explain technical programs in a simple, relatable way
• Empathy, listening skills, and student-first mindset
• Basic understanding or willingness to learn about tech & skill-based careers
• Goal-oriented with ethical sales approach
Good-to-Have Skills
• Experience in education counseling, EdTech, training institutes, or skill development
• Familiarity with AI, IT, digital, finance, or emerging tech domains
• CRM usage experience
• Multilingual communication ability
