Support students with resume building, interview preparation, and career guidance.
Match student profiles with suitable job opportunities.
Maintain employer databases, placement records, and reports.
Collaborate with training teams to improve student employability.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Marketing, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in Placement, Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or Corporate Relations.
Experience in EdTech, IT Training, Staffing, or IT Recruitment is preferred.
Skills
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Corporate networking and business development expertise.
Knowledge of IT recruitment and hiring processes.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
