Position Overview
The Student Mentor & Music Teacher at Accelerated Learning Center (ALC) plays a dual role in supporting student success—serving as both a relational mentor and a music instructor. This position is designed to build meaningful relationships with students while providing high-quality music instruction that supports creativity, emotional expression, and personal growth.
The ideal candidate is passionate about working with at-risk and non-traditional learners, believes in the transformative power of education and the arts, and is committed to helping students develop confidence, discipline, and purpose through both mentorship and music education
