Student Counselor & Marketing Coordinator - Fresher

The selected candidate will work closely with the Managing Director and Marketing Manager to support marketing, student recruitment, and operational initiatives across IICA and DHMSS. The role involves achieving student intake targets, maintaining academic records, supporting consultancy projects, and contributing to the overall growth and positioning of the organisation.

Salary - 35k till 40k per month

Key ResponsibilitiesStudent Counselling & Admissions (IICA)
• Assist in the implementation of marketing and student recruitment strategies to meet intake targets.
• Counsel walk-in enquiries, manage tele-counselling, and engage prospective students across digital platforms.
• Participate in education fairs, school visits, and promotional events; conduct presentations when required.
• Maintain accurate academic records of students and communicate regularly with students and parents regarding academic performance.
• Support student internship and placement coordination, guiding students towards appropriate opportunities.
Marketing & Promotions (IICA)
• Support ongoing marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility and increase student enrolments.
• Assist in executing digital and offline marketing campaigns aligned with institutional goals.
• Maintain activity reports and records related to marketing and admissions.
• Participate in off-site school visits & education fairs.

Working Days - Monday till Saturday 9:00am till 6pm.
