Are you passionate about guiding students towards their international education goals? Butterfly Overseas is expanding its team and looking for a dedicated Study Abroad Counselor to join us in #Hyderabad
Responsibilities
As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in advising students, assisting with university applications, and supporting their journey to study abroad.
-Counsel students on studying abroad, focusing on the United States, the United Kingdom, Europe, Canada, Germany and Australia.
- Assist with proper guidance in shortlisting , verification, and submission.
- Guide students in profile building to enhance their chances of admission to top universities in the US, UK, Europe, Canada, Germany and Australia, including crafting impactful resumes, statements of purpose, and letters of recommendation.
- Maintain records of student applications and visa statuses.
- Follow up with students to resolve queries and provide support.
- Organize marketing activities and promote our services.
- Train and onboard new team members.
- Attend university workshops and training session
Qualifications
We're looking for someone with:
- Knowledge of international universities and application processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the Ed-Tech/Study Abroad sector is a must.
- Knowledge of higher education systems in the US/UK/Europe/Australia/Canada/Germany is essential.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus
