About the Role
We are looking for passionate folks to join our team as Business Development Associates. Ace My Prep’s BD Associates are “student-first” advisors and are responsible for maintaining relationships with the students & eventually enrolling them into our services & packages. The BD Associates serve as the primary contact for the student and are responsible for student satisfaction and overall student happiness. She/he is expected to consistently provide excellent advice to students & convert them by enrolling them into our packages and services. The BD Associates will also be expected to lead the overall sales funnel of the business by working closely on new experiments, R & D, & the product to overall further strengthen the sales cycle of the company.
Roles and Responsibilities
● Convert pre-generated leads into paying counseling leads with active participation in counseling of students.
● Achieving weekly / monthly revenue targets
● Ensure proper documentation with students as per business processes and guidelines of international universities
● Maintain and update CRM of qualified leads for effective coordination and conversion
● Counsel students regarding abroad education opportunities such as Country, Course, Universities, program selection, and career planning.
● Advise students on application procedures, visa applications, applying for accommodation, and preparing students for their studies overseas.
● Ensure admission, visa procedures, accommodation, and traveling were done within deadlines
Desired Candidate Profile
● Customer-centric approach
● Excellent command of spoken and written English as well as the local language.
● Should possess good customer service skills and willingness to assist students and parents with any queries they might have during phone conversations.
● Should be Result-oriented and able to work under pressure to achieve targets.
● Should have the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, students, and others from diverse social backgrounds.
● Should have the ability to understand the international business market
● Thorough understanding of negotiating techniques
● Fast learner and passion for sales and Target-oriented
● Must be dynamic, ambitious, and honest
● Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
● Must have Sound judgement
