Full job description
The Student and Academic Services Officer is responsible for providing high quality customer service and administrative support within the College/Campus across a broad range of academic and administrative functions.

Please note this is a full time fixed-term contract position based at our Sydney City campus until March 2026.

Qualifications
Essential:

Demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering positive relationships
High level organisational and time management skills
Proven ability to prioritise tasks to meet competing deadlines with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Demonstrated effective interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
High level computing skills, particularly Microsoft Office and experience in student information systems and/or customer relationship management systems
Ability to work collaboratively and flexibly both in a team and independently, and in an environment with changing demands
Desirable:

Degree or equivalent work experience
Work experience in higher education sector, preferably in as part of a busy student administration or student support environment
Knowledge of government policies affecting international students such as the National Code and Higher Education Standards Act
