Structural Design Engineer (Junior / Mid-Level / Senior) DEVANG SUTARIA ASSOCIATES | Mumbai (On-Site)

About the Role Are you looking to work on innovative, high-impact structural projects? DEVANG SUTARIA ASSOCIATES is expanding, and we are looking for passionate Structural Design Engineers across multiple experience levels to join our Mumbai team on an immediate basis.
Whether you are a junior engineer looking to build a strong foundation or a senior engineer ready to drive complex projects, you will get hands-on exposure to High-rise residential, Commercial, Mixed-use, Institutional , Healthcare, Hospitality , Public buildings , High end bungalows and Industrial structures
Key Responsibilities
· Concept & Design: Develop preliminary structural schemes and prepare Design Basis Reports (DBR) under senior guidance.
· Analysis & Modeling: Perform 3D structural analysis using ETABS, SAFE, STAAD, and RCDC, backed by rigorous manual sanity checks.
· Interdisciplinary Coordination: Collaborate seamlessly with architects, MEP consultants, and CAD technicians to ensure flawless project execution.
· Project Management & Site Support: Prepare BOQs/ Material Take-offs, resolve site RFIs promptly, and conduct periodic site visits and write detailed site reports.
Qualifications & Experience
· M.E. / M.Tech in Structural Engineering with 2 to 5 years of experience in RCC, steel, or composite structures OR
· B.E. Civil with 3 to 6 years of experience in a structural consulting firm.
Required Skills & Software Mastery
· Software: Hands-on proficiency with ETABS, SAFE, STAAD, RCDC, CAD , and MS Office.
· Design Codes: Strong working knowledge of IS Codes (IS 456, IS 1893, IS 13920, IS 800 ).
· Key Attributes: Excellent communication, strong organizational skills, and a collaborative, ownership-driven mindset.
