• Maintenance of attendance record & salary process.
• Maintenance of leave record.
• Maintenance of extra time work record.
• Generation & maintenance of PF & ESI records.
• Preparation& submission of reports & returns to PF & ESI authorities on-line.
• Submission of monthly, quarterly, half yearly & annual returns relating to PF , ESI & Factories Act, 1+48
• Submission of half yearly & annual report relating to Contract labour (Regulation & Abolition) Act, Payment of Wages Act & Employment Exchange (Compulsory Notification) Act.
• Coordination with local Govt. & statutory authorities.
• MIS Report (contractor’s labour attendance, O.T., late coming, early going, absenteeism, new joining, leave, Left,) daily basis Contractor Bill checked etc.
