Stressed Asset Management profiles for a Private Sector Bank in Mumbai One of our private bank client are looking to grow their Asset Reconstruction Management team The role holder is responsible for managing advisory firms, ARCs, Investment Banks and other intermediaries in the distressed asset ecosystem and providing corporate and commercial solutions to their parent entities and investee companies interested candidates can mail their resumes with photo to [HIDDEN TEXT] mention present salary and notice period Handling the stressed accounts portfolio of the Bank Representing the Bank at Joint Lenders' Meeting and Committee of Creditors (under NCLT process) Devising resolution strategy in discussion with management and execution thereof Discussions with promoters for rectification of stress and negotiating for settlement of dues Working closely with various internal stakeholders such as Risk, Legal, Compliance, Audit, Vigilance teams Advisory Handles clients and offering a complete suite of commercial banking and investment banking solutions. Advises companies in a turnaround situation with respect to liquidity concerns, undertaking viability study, develop sustainable business plans and getting involved in the rehabilitation package Stressed Asset Management Manages stressed assets involving interaction with top management of the company, performance monitoring & benchmarking, adherence to terms, site visits to business Arranges for fresh financing in stressed and special situation assets with an objective to provide overall resolution, which involves business analysis, study of company's potential & industry risk & prospects, business and financial engineering, etc. - direct interaction with Promoters, investors. Performance Monitoring Closely monitors exposures to enable proactive action whenever required. Review credit files, financials and security documentation and current status Designs and implements suitable early warning triggers for allocated accounts. Closely monitors allocated portfolio, regular review of operational and financial performance, monthly cash flows, tracking performance of various industries which have a bearing on the respective assets etc Stressed Asset Management Profiles 1.Grade: Senior Manager / AVP 2.Expertise: Recovery & Litigation (Wholesale Banking / Large Corporate Accounts) 3.Experience: Range 5 to 10 yrs Open to Male or Females / Open to relocation candidates
