Key Responsibilities:
• Establishing strong communication bridges between clients and teams to ensure clear understanding of goals and expectations.
• Overseeing the closure, execution, and reporting of campaigns to drive success.
• Expertise in Budgeting, Planning, and Market Forecasting to optimize project outcomes.
• Leading creative brainstorming and keeping the team ahead of the curve in trend forecasting.
• Managing accounts, strategies, concepts, and ensuring seamless execution.
• Building and maintaining solid relationships with influencers, celebrities, agencies, and clients.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ensuring smooth onboarding for new influencers and maintaining a healthy relationship with vendors.
Essential Skills:
• Leadership & Managerial skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth knowledge of influencer categories and genres.
