Job Title: Account Manager

This role involves taking ownership of a customer portfolio, focusing on retention, growth, and exceptional service through effective account management practices.
The responsibilities include:
Maintaining agreed Sales Activity KPIs, such as customer contacts, visits, proposals, and line of business footprint
Managing portfolio budgeted ISV vs Actual
Growing pipeline opportunity while maintaining quality
Key objectives include:
Developing and implementing both short and long-term strategies to achieve sustainable growth and proactively identify and mitigate risks
Staying well-versed in all Iron Mountain products and services to confidently engage in solution-oriented discussions that enhance customer experiences and drive business success
