Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and well-connected Business Development Associate to drive growth by building strategic relationships across architects, interior designers, builders, and the hospitality sector. The core focus of this role is to identify opportunities, create meaningful connections, and convert them into business through strong interpersonal and networking skills.
Key Responsibilities
• Build and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, and hospitality businesses.
• Actively identify and approach new residential and commercial projects including bungalows, flats, and townships.
• Generate leads through networking, market visits, and personal/professional connections.
• Pitch our modular furniture and furnishing solutions to potential partners and clients.
• Develop partnerships that result in consistent project referrals and collaborations.
• Track ongoing and upcoming construction/interior projects in the city.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth conversion and execution of projects.
• Maintain a pipeline of leads and follow-ups to maximize conversions.
• Strong networking and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust quickly.
• Existing connections in architecture, interior design, real estate, or hospitality sectors (preferred).
• Experience in business development, sales, or project sourcing.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and identify business opportunities on the ground.
