About the Role:
• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to drive lead generation and sales growth.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of competitors.
• Design and implement effective email marketing campaigns to engage customers and promote our services.
• Utilize social media platforms to build brand awareness, generate leads, and nurture customer relationships.
• Analyze customer data to inform marketing strategies and optimize results.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in commerce, marketing, or related field required; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing or sales.
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong research skills with ability to collect, organize, analyze, and generate insights from information/data.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Sheets.
What We Offer:
A competitive salary range of INR 250000-300000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prospecting through research and developing our customer database.
• Research, analysis, and compilation of customer data.
• Support outreach in fresh accounts as well as growing existing accounts.
• Generate new sales opportunities by identifying the right leads, direct emails, email campaigns, etc.
• E-mail marketing: designing e-mail templates and scheduling emails.
• Making effective use of social networking sites to identify the right prospects.
• Social media marketing: designing creatives, scheduling posts, running ads.
