The HR Business Partnering team leads the delivery of a professional partnership model, providing high-level support, advice, and coaching to leaders and employees. This involves facilitating local level resolution of people matters, enabling leaders to grow their capability to effectively manage their teams, and developing a positive working culture.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in resolving grievances and disciplinary matters, supporting performance management conversations, and coaching leaders to be the best people managers they can be. They will also drive cross-functional collaboration within the Chief People Office and monitor workplace culture to make recommendations for improvement.
To succeed in this role, you will need to be influential, confident, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. You will identify and advise on best practice solutions to people management matters while ensuring adherence to legislation and policy.
