Strategic Business Intern
Job Description
We are a technology-driven startup based in Jaipur, India, focused on
the design, modeling, and analysis of fine and advanced ceramic
components for engineering applications.
Our mission is to bring together precision design and simulations to
develop next-generation ceramic solutions for structural, thermal, and
functional systems.
As we grow, we are also building out the commercial side of our business
— connecting our engineering capability to the customers who need it. We
invite passionate individuals to help us identify, build, and grow the
business relationships that will carry our ceramic solutions into new
markets.

- Maintain and grow existing business routes and relationships,
ensuring consistent follow-up and engagement.
- Develop a working understanding of our prospective and existing

typical use cases.
- Engage with prospective customers to understand their technical
needs, application constraints, and purchasing criteria.
- Work with the engineering team to translate customer requirements

or technical support — that differentiate our offering for specific
customers or markets.
- Prepare market intelligence summaries, competitor landscape reviews,
and lead-tracking documentation to support strategic
decision-making.

initiating and maintaining professional relationships.
- Analytical mindset — comfortable researching markets, synthesizing

- Willingness to learn the technical side of our products (ceramics,
materials, manufacturing) well enough to speak to customer needs
credibly.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working with ambiguity, typical of
early-stage business development.
Learning Opportunities
- Gain hands-on experience building B2B market strategy for an
advanced-materials startup, across both domestic and international
markets.

partnerships, customer relationship management, and go-to-market
execution.
