We are urgently hiring for the position of Manager - Strategic Alliances Partner for a leading Banking division.

The job description is as below:
Acquire new digital partners and strategically plan to grow the business pan India. Manage
existing partnerships and identify opportunities for growth.
Develop and nurture strong relationships with merchant counterparts, partners, as well as,
internal stakeholders across relevant groups and at both working and executive levels.
Focus on understanding each partners business objective to help inform and educate internal
partners and overall strategic direction.
Successfully acquired key merchants like PayPal, Zee5, PhonePe, MakeMyTrip, Alt Balaji, RBL
Bank, Paytm, ShemarooMe, Amazon Pay, Airtel Payments Bank, Ola Money, Mobikwik,
FreeCharge etc.
Acquiring merchants for content, promo offers, subscription, payment gateway and wallet
based integrations.
Successfully managed to get a PWA integration done for our product with PhonePe on their
platform which eventually resulted in good volumes in terms of transactions.
Proven track record of successful negotiation for impactful, complex deals, including
relationship management.
Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and legal teams in gaining alignment and
approvals. Liaise between external stakeholders and internal teams, in pursuit of win-win
solutions for all parties.
Develop and implement best practices for client interaction and retention, including a strong
understanding of how to build strategic relationships with key partners.
Initiated key partnerships which resulted in 30 - 40% revenue growth.
Implemented marketing strategies which resulted in 10% growth of customer base.
