Stores Warehouse Operative

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our warehouse team as a Returns & Stock Processing Operative. This role involves handling incoming and outgoing arcade machine parts,processing returns and repairs,managing stock levels,and supporting overall warehouse operations.


Key Responsibilities:

Process arcade machine parts for repair and manage returns from customers
Raise credits for returned goods and coordinate returns to suppliers
Receive and inspect incoming orders,verify against documentation,and update stock control systems
Label products and prepare courier collection labels for returns
Perform regular stock counts and return repaired items to stock
Investigate and resolve stock-related queries accurately and efficiently
Communicate effectively with colleagues via email and phone regarding orders,stock,and logistics
Assist the dispatch team in preparing and sending goods
Maintain warehouse cleanliness and support general housekeeping duties
Carry out other tasks as reasonably requested to support operational needs
