Love the beauty industry and looking for a change? We are a wholesale beauty distributor with a full or part time opportunity available in our Lloydminster location for a Store Sales Associate. The best part? No weekend or evening shifts! Our ideal candidate is customer focused and comfortable in a fast- paced sales environment.
This position works with our Store team to achieve store objectives which include:
-Demonstrating and ensuring superior product knowledge and service to store guests
- Maintaining inventory levels by ordering appropriate product mix to meet client demand and ensuring loss prevention programs are in place
-Merchandising on an ongoing basis to reflect seasonal trends and promotional offerings
-Keeping store aesthetics and cleanliness to accepted Company standards
-Meeting targeted sales goals
-Maintaining communication with team and store network as needed
Your salon background in hair, nails or esthetics and/or previous retail experience combined with basic computer skills are needed. We provide a competitive starting salary, incentive program for achieving store sales, quarterly product allowance and a complete benefit package.
