Store Sales Associate

• Greeting and directing clients
• Managing all the aspects of the sales process from start to finish i.e. handling client enquiries, taking client orders, taking clients measurement online, maintaining logs, frequently communicating order status to the client, coordinating dispatch, delivery and providing after sales service to the client.
• Managing client queries & providing end to end solutions for the same
• Work closely with the production team for gathering updates on client orders , quality check and timely delivery
• Liaising with the dispatch team for order packaging, delivery & for providing dispatch slips to the client.
• Generating daily sales reports and sharing the same with your reporting manager
• Conducting research and developing unique strategies for store sales
• Organize, maintain and update client database on regular basis
• Take on specific/ ad hoc tasks to support the sales team in other ongoing projects such as exhibitions, pop-up events, etc
• Take in constructive criticism and produce quality work
