Roles & Responsibilities:
• Manage and coordinate omnichannel operations in the dark store.
• Oversee order fulfillment and delivery processes for online and in-store orders.
• Ensure seamless integration of online and offline sales channels.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement for replenishment.
• Supervise and train staff on omnichannel procedures and best practices.
• Collaborate with marketing and customer service teams to enhance customer experience.
• Prepare and present reports on omnichannel performance to management.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in omnichannel retailing.
