PM Store Officer
Responsibilities and Duties
Job Responsibilities
Inbound Department.
Responsible for the make GRN’s & Invoicing creation and submission to Finance Dept.
Responsible for the MIS Reporting.
Responsible for all day to day activity of Inbound Department.
Take care of daily availability of stock through daily receipt.
Monthly taking Stock Inventory with whole team of Warehouse.
Inventory control (FIFO System).
Looking after the following categories Electronics’ , High value,Jwellary , Home appliances
Setting up warehouse.
Overall supervision & control of warehouse functions
Outbound Department
Ensuring that raising P.O. & G.R.N for the same Material.
Take care of daily shipment confirm quantity.
Supervision on all creations as well as on printing of Invoice, Docket & Box prints.
Handling all production shifts.
Taking Orders from own Customers
Responsible for the GRN & Invoicing creation and submission in Finance Dept.
Responsible for the MIS Reporting.
Responsible for confirm rate as per orders received.
Monthly Stock Auditing & passing Adjustments.
Taken care of Shelf Life, Put Away, Let Down process for maintain inventory.
Shelf Life tracking of materials.
Inward Discrepancy reconciliation.
Return Goods Reconciliation.
MIS reports for Inventory Dept.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Experience Required
2-4years
Qualifications
Graduation
Technical Skills
Knowledge of Softwares Like SAP,ERP, TALLY
Industry Type : -
Only Pharmaceutical Industries candidates must be considered.
