Job Description
Job title: Store Merchandiser

Key Responsibilities:
Analyze store and online sales patterns to identify customer buying trends
Manage end-to-end designer onboarding
Create annual collection plans aligned with seasonal trends and store requirements
Drive merchandise flow and optimize inventory investments
Handle day-to-day designer management to improve operational efficiency and sales
Negotiate markdowns and monitor inventory to maximize profitability
Coordinate with inventory teams for tagging, presentation, quality checks, returns, and stock audits
Plan and execute promotions in collaboration with the marketing team
Monitor client orders and alterations while mentoring team members to resolve customer issues effectively
Requirements:
2–4 years of relevant merchandising experience
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Proficiency in MS Office and Excel
Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop is an added advantage
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
