Our awesome sunglass obsessed team both in stores and behind the scenes have been providing our customers with the latest and best sunglass selection since 2004. We are looking for an experienced Store Manager with a passion for retail and fashion to lead our Westfield Albany team to success. We are looking for someone with a strong sales background, with a laser sharp focus on delivering excellent customer service. Someone with the ability to build strong interpersonal relationships that can lead and inspire their team every day.
About the Role
This role is based on a Tuesday to Saturday and is ideally flexible to cover other shifts when needed.
You will be responsible for all aspects of store management from customer service and team development to managing rosters and wages, visual merchandising and stock management
