We at CeX are looking for a Store Manager

Ltd. trades games, blu-rays, gadgets, mobile phones, computing products, and flat-panel technology, providing a unique 2-way service by buying, selling, and exchanging. CeX WeBuy Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. is a franchise of CeX UK and operates 17 stores in the best malls across India.

Location: Chennai (Phoenix Mall)
Experience: 1 - 2 years

Job Responsibilities:
• Analyzing Sales targets v/s achievement on a weekly, 4 weekly, and Quarterly basis.
• Be commercially aware of the products we sell and our strategy.
• Ensure store cleanliness and merchandising standards are met.
• Stocktake, inventory management & movement.
• Keep updated with store policies and procedures and ensure their compliance.
• Handle customer escalations and facilitate staff in closing transactions.
• Solve customers' queries about the products.
• Accountable for handling cash, credit card transactions, correct change, and management of bill receipts.
• Training and coaching team members.
• Responsible for manpower planning.
• Liaise with various support departments eg. operations, other stores, and departments.
• Coordinate effectively and timely with all concerned departments to ensure proper flow of communication and information.
• Supervise and maintain reports as necessary of all stocks in the outlet.
Required Skills:
• Pleasing personality
• Good communication skills
• Team player
• Open to changes and adaptive
Preferred Skills:
• Prior experience in retail
