Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and coordinate day-to-day store operations to ensure smooth workflow, efficient service delivery, and achievement of business targets.
Supervise, motivate, and support staff to maintain high standards of customer service and a professional work environment.
Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and complaints in a timely and professional manner to maintain customer satisfaction.
Support sales growth through effective merchandising, promotion of special offers, and customer engagement initiatives.
Assist in implementing local marketing and promotional activities in line with company requirements to increase store awareness and sales performance.
Monitor store performance, sales trends, and customer demand to identify opportunities for operational and business improvement.
Manage store administration tasks including budgeting, cash handling, cost monitoring, and preparation of operational reports.
Monitor labour costs, minimise wastage, and support efficient use of resources to maintain profitability targets.
Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety, food safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
Train, guide, and supervise employees to ensure duties are carried out effectively and in accordance with company procedures.
Prepare staff rosters and coordinate workforce requirements based on operational needs and business demand.
Monitor stock levels, coordinate inventory control activities, and liaise with suppliers to maintain adequate stock availability.
Maintain store presentation standards, including cleanliness, organisation, and staff grooming requirements.
Supervise food preparation and service processes to ensure products meet quality and presentation standards.
Assist customers with orders, promote menu items and special offers, and provide suitable product recommendations.
Monitor employee performance, provide feedback and support, and encourage a positive and productive team culture.
Contribute to operational planning, forecasting, and budgeting activities to support ongoing business growth and development.
Work Hours and Benefits
Required to work for a minimum of 30 hours per week
Paid between $30 to $35 per hour.
Other Important Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience or at least a Level 5 relevant qualification.
Available to work weekends and late-evening shifts as needed.
Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
Reliable, motivated, and detail-oriented.
Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
Good communication abilities.
Able to perform efficiently in a fast-paced food service setting.
Well-organised with effective staff coordination skills.

Pay: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour
