Job Description
Key Responsibilities
· Achieve sales and business targets.
· Manage daily store operations.
· Lead, train, and motivate the store team.
· Deliver excellent customer service.
· Maintain visual merchandising and store standards.
· Manage inventory and minimize stock loss.
· Monitor store KPIs (Sales, ATV, UPT, Conversion).
· Handle customer complaints and escalations.
· Ensure compliance with company policies and SOPs.
· Prepare daily and monthly store reports
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
