Inventory Management: Managing stock levels, ordering new products, and ensuring adequate stock to meet customer demand.
Staff Management: Supervising staff, potentially including hiring, training, and scheduling.
Sales and Revenue: Developing strategies to increase sales and meet financial goals.
Store Appearance and Maintenance: Maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
Reporting: Providing regular reports on store performance to upper management.
