Job Description
Job Summary:
The Warehouse Helper plays a crucial role in the efficient operation of our warehouse by assisting with the receiving, storing, and dispatching of HVAC equipment, parts, and supplies. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. The Warehouse Helper will ensure that the warehouse is organized, safe, and supports the smooth flow of materials needed for our installation and service teams.
Responsibilities:
Receiving and Unloading: Assist in the unloading of deliveries of HVAC equipment, parts, and supplies from trucks and other transport vehicles. Verify the quantity and condition of incoming goods against delivery documents (challans, invoices).
Inventory Management: Assist in the accurate stocking and organization of materials within the warehouse, ensuring proper placement and labeling. Participate in regular inventory counts and checks to maintain accurate stock levels.
Order Fulfillment: Assist in picking and preparing orders for technicians and installation teams based on work orders or material requests. Ensure that the correct items and quantities are gathered and staged for dispatch.
Loading and Dispatching: Assist in the loading of materials onto company vehicles for delivery to job sites. Ensure items are securely loaded to prevent damage during transit.
Warehouse Organization and Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. This includes sweeping, dusting, arranging shelves, and ensuring clear pathways.
Documentation: Assist in maintaining basic warehouse records, such as receiving logs, dispatch records, and inventory sheets.
Communication: Communicate effectively with the Warehouse Manager, other warehouse staff, technicians, and other departments regarding material availability and any discrepancies.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the proper use of safety equipment (e.g., safety shoes, gloves, helmets). Report any safety hazards or incidents immediately.
Other Duties: Perform other warehouse-related duties as assigned by the Warehouse Manager or Supervisor to support the overall efficiency of the department.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
