Job Description
Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
Experience : 2 years (Store Department)
Store management with item wise stock inward & outward and prepare sales invoices. Responsible for physical and control store inventory.
1. Proper coordination & communication with the unit team members for smooth & transparent supply chain operations.
2. Monitor all inventory control processes and documents all procedures to maintain all equipment tools and store items
3. Monitor all procurement requests of facilities, ensure accuracy in all inbound inventory, and maintain records for the same.
4. Prepare and update all required paperwork on regular basis and ensuring the accuracy of inbound inventory invoices, after clearing and forwarding to accounts department & resolve for any issues if any.
5. Maintain records of all variances according to established procedures and ensure accuracy of all inventory transfers between inter units.
6. Monitor and ensure accuracy of all inventory transactions and maintain records of all stockroom locations.
7. Monitor work of all inventory control personnel, ensure achievement of all objectives, and provide improvements to same if required.
8. Ensure that weekly & monthly physical verification is carried out of the entire inventory and resolve for inaccuracies if any & reporting to the concerned.
9. Ensure that the goods are classified and stacked accordingly to its specification and location and ensuring its custody. Identification of numbers
10. Preparing accurate bill invoices for all dispatch activities
11. Prepare indent for purchasing of materiel and cross check with end user once the materiel has arrived.
