Job Description
Verification & Approval of Quality Problem Countermeasure Report
Verification of Inward material as per purchase Orders
Verification of Raw Material Delivery Schedules to Suppliers
Maintain store staff by orient and training to employees
Maintain stock reports (daily issues, daily GRN's, weekly stock consumption reports, reconciliation reports).
To arrange the material to issue to Production. Store Issues and Note the Material Received Notes follow-ups and update Track Sheet of raw material .
Monthly Store Stock Verification and Stock Valuation and Reporting to Head.
Goods Inwards Material Receiving and Inspecting, generating the GRN and informing to quality inspector for inspection
Maintaining the Records of the material inwards and outwards.
Stores material issues and generating the Stock journal in tally /excel or as applicable and Reservation creating
Maintaining Written books for issues and Excel files.
Creating Purchase requisitions, material follow-up.
Receiving the material and verifying the related Documents & raise the MRR (MATERIAL RECEIVED RECEIPT ).
To enable better control of inventories. Various methods of stock verification. Monthly & Annual stock taking and check the theoretical usage, Stock reconciliations, Inventory values, Stock consumption.
To ensure segregation & identify Storage for Rejection & Scrap
To ensure proper 5S & Housekeeping
To ensure intimation of short receipts, excess receipt & damage receipt to Buyer/supplier
Trasport managemnet for supplier /customer or as needed
Continual Improvement – Cost Reduction projects /Kaizen
Premium Freight (In-bound & Out-Bound ) monitoring
Verification raw material supplier daily schedules
Approval of Return of rejected raw materials to suppliers & managing debits to supplier
Monitoring applicable Effectiveness and Efficiency Parameters (QOS)
To ensure the dispatches as per plan ,packaging inspection ,quantity & concern issues
Review & Verification of Sub Contractor GRN
Monitoring customer returns and managing debit note from customer
RASIC activities defined during New product Development Projects have to be followed
