Store Hygiene & Ops - Cleanliness and hygiene activities maintained pre opening, through service and post shutdown. - Mis en place pre opening everyday checked and documented. - To ensure all equipments working as per specs and their mantainence logs are in order. - Stock received and stored as per SOPs - Action & resolution worked upon daily for negative feedback. People Management & Feedback - Weekly Roster for the team prepared and executed. - Training schedule and logs maintained for every kitchen associate. BTL Support & Activities - To support the sales team with activation across societies, corporate events and event via pop ups. - Oversight on scheduled distribution of collaterals via fliers & cards in store geography.
