Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and support grocery store staff during daily operations
Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and inventory control
Ensure shelves are well stocked and products are properly displayed
Maintain store cleanliness and safety standards
Handle customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally
Assist with staff scheduling and daily task coordination
Follow food safety and health regulations
Support the store manager with store operations
Requirements
Good communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
Strong organisational and teamwork skills
Responsible, reliable, and motivated attitude
Flexible with working hours including weekends if required
We are also looking for friendly and reliable Grocery Checkout Operators X2 to join our team. The role involves serving customers at the checkout, handling payments, and providing excellent customer service. This role involve working minimum 30 hours per week and the pay rate would be $25 to $26 per hour.
Key Responsibilities
Operate the checkout and process customer purchases
Handle cash, EFTPOS, and other payment methods
Provide friendly and helpful customer service
Pack groceries and assist customers when required
Maintain a clean and organised checkout area
Follow store policies and health & safety procedures
