Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to queries and concerns
Develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge, including sales targets and best-sellers
Collaborate with the team to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment
Take ownership of tasks and responsibilities, demonstrating a proactive and resourceful approach
