Job Summary
A friendly and welcoming individual is required to provide exceptional customer service as a Server in a busy restaurant environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for answering phone calls, providing information about services and hours of operation, and assisting with reservation scheduling.
Key Responsibilities
• Answering Phone Calls: Respond to phone inquiries from guests and provide basic information about restaurant services, operating hours, and assist with the scheduling of reservations.
• • Maintaining Cleanliness: Ensure menus are clean and sanitized for guest use.
• • Drink Refills: Refill drinks as needed.
• • Cutlery Management: Roll and replace cutlery as required.
• • Serving Stations: Maintain stocked serving stations with condiments, trays, and napkins.
• • Directional Assistance: Direct customers to the location of the restrooms.
• • Table Clearing: Clear tables as guests finish their meals.
• • Safety and Sanitation: Comply with all safety and sanitation procedures.
• • Kitchen Assistance: Assist kitchen staff with the preparation of simple dishes such as salads and desserts.
