Setting up dishwashing machine
High school diploma or equivalent
Six months experience previous kitchen work experience
Sanitation certificate from local Health Department
Must stand for long periods
Must be able to follow directions
Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations including ability to push, pull, carry and lift up to 25 lbs., and the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel and balance when performing job duties in varying work areas such as confined spaces

Proper maintenance and distribution of company assets
Responsibilities
You’ll work with an incredibly diverse set of co-workers driven by their enthusiasm for helping people find and have more fun
Preparing tableware for washing
Collecting all soiled pots, washes and restacks cleaned pots on shelves
Responsible for removal of garbage and refuse
Mopping, scrubbing, rinsing and polishing hard floors
Washing walls and ceiling tiles
Cleaning and sanitizing all cooking equipment
Stacking and stores clean dishes in proper kitchen areas
Recognizing and using appropriate chemicals
Cleaning all floors

• Collecting all soiled pots, washes and restacks cleaned pots on shelves
• Responsible for removal of garbage and refuse
