About the Role
Join our Sterilising Services team and help keep clinical areas safe and ready for patient care. In this hands-on role, you manage sterile stock, maintain accurate records and ensure wards receive the equipment they need. Work independently and as part of a supportive team to deliver reliable sterilisation services across the hospital.
Supply sterile stock and equipment to wards and departments
Maintain accurate sterilisation records and tracking systems
Check, prepare and distribute sterile equipment
Review work methods and support efficient workflow
Receive and dispatch sterile goods for booked and ad hoc requests
Respond to enquiries and escalate issues where required
Work collaboratively with the CSSD team to maintain service standards

About You
You bring a positive approach, attention to detail and a commitment to safe, high quality sterilising services. Whether you are developing your skills or already qualified, you communicate well, work collaboratively and adapt in a busy healthcare environment.

AQF Certificate III in Sterilising Services or willingness to work towards it
Knowledge of sterilising, infection control and safety practice
Clear verbal and written communication skills
Work well in a team and adapt to change
Ability to learn new techniques and apply them effectively
