Prepare sterile compounded medications under pharmacist supervision
Perform aseptic technique in accordance with USP <797> and USP <800>
Prepare IVs, injectables, ophthalmics, and other sterile compounds
Maintain cleanroom standards and environmental monitoring
Complete documentation for compounding records and batch logs
Perform cleaning and disinfecting procedures
Assist with inventory management and ordering sterile supplies
Maintain compliance with pharmacy policies and regulatory requirements

Responsibilities
• Prepare sterile compounded medications under pharmacist supervision.
• Perform aseptic technique in accordance with USP <797> and USP <800>.
• Prepare IVs, injectables, ophthalmics, and other sterile compounds.

Qualifications

• PTCB Certification
