Responsibilities
• Prepare sterile compounded medications under pharmacist supervision.
• Perform aseptic technique in accordance with USP <797> and USP <800>.
• Prepare IVs, injectables, ophthalmics, and other sterile compounds.
• Maintain cleanroom standards and environmental monitoring.
• Complete documentation for compounding records and batch logs.
• Perform cleaning and disinfecting procedures.
• Assist with inventory management and ordering sterile supplies.
• Maintain compliance with pharmacy policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications
