Role Description
This is a Full-Time on-site role located in New Delhi for a State Head / Regional Sales Manager at Jopasu India Private Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving business objectives and sales targets by leading the sales team with strong leadership, strategic planning, and resource allocation. In addition, the candidate will develop new business by identifying opportunities, promoting products, and building a positive relationship with customers.
Qualifications
• 6+ years of experience in sales and marketing of automotive or related products
• Proven experience in achieving sales targets and driving growth
• Experience in leading and managing a sales team with strong leadership and team-building skills
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proactively identifying market trends, opportunities, and competitive threats
• Proven track record of building and maintaining positive relationships with customers
• Ability to travel extensively as needed
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
• Fluency in English and Hindi
