Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a State Head in Ahmedabad. The State Head will be responsible for managing the sales and operations in the state and leading the team. They will work closely with the operations team and other departments to ensure smooth functioning.

Qualifications
• Excellent leadership and people management skills
• Proven experience in sales and operations management, Super Stockiest and distribution creation.
• Good knowledge of the mobile accessories and telecom handset industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in sales and operations with at least 3 years in a management role in telecom industry
